Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) pitted Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup (128g) creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (30g) unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
- Place the pitted dates into the food processor. Pulse several times, then blend on high for 30–60 seconds until the dates transform from whole fruits into a thick, sticky paste.
- Add the creamy peanut butter and cocoa powder to the processor. Pulse until the mixture is fully combined and looks like a dark, uniform dough that pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
- Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough at a time. Roll the dough between your palms to create smooth, uniform spheres and place each ball on parchment paper to prevent sticking.
