Ingredients:
- 1/2 large avocado, pitted and peeled (approx. 100g)
- 1 medium banana, frozen and sliced (approx. 120g)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (125g)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice (5ml)
- 1 tsp honey (7g)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (2.5ml)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (30g)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (12g)
Instructions:
- Pour the 1 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt into the blender container first.
- Add the 1 tsp fresh lime juice, 1 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp chia seeds.
- Pack the 1 cup fresh spinach.
- Add the 1/2 large avocado and the 120g of frozen banana slices.
- Start the blender on the lowest speed and quickly increase to high, blending for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and velvety.
