Ingredients:

  • 1/2 large avocado, pitted and peeled (approx. 100g)
  • 1 medium banana, frozen and sliced (approx. 120g)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (125g)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240ml)
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice (5ml)
  • 1 tsp honey (7g)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (2.5ml)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (30g)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (12g)

Instructions:

  1. Pour the 1 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt into the blender container first.
  2. Add the 1 tsp fresh lime juice, 1 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp chia seeds.
  3. Pack the 1 cup fresh spinach.
  4. Add the 1/2 large avocado and the 120g of frozen banana slices.
  5. Start the blender on the lowest speed and quickly increase to high, blending for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and velvety.
