Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach, packed
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 Medium Banana, frozen
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Place the liquid base (almond milk and Greek yogurt) into the blender first, followed by the baby spinach to ensure a smooth vortex.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries, frozen banana slices, ground flaxseeds, and cinnamon on top of the greens.
  3. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high for 45–60 seconds until the texture is velvety and no green flecks remain.
