Ingredients:
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach, packed
- 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 Medium Banana, frozen
- 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseeds
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Place the liquid base (almond milk and Greek yogurt) into the blender first, followed by the baby spinach to ensure a smooth vortex.
- Add the frozen blueberries, frozen banana slices, ground flaxseeds, and cinnamon on top of the greens.
- Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high for 45–60 seconds until the texture is velvety and no green flecks remain.
