Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Organic Celery (approx. 3-4 stalks), roughly chopped
  • 1 large Granny Smith Apple, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Filtered water
  • 1/2 English Cucumber, unpeeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger, peeled
  • 1/2 Organic Lemon, juiced
  • 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt

Instructions:

  1. Pour 1/2 cup Filtered water and 1/2 Organic Lemon juiced into the blender container first. Adding liquids first prevents the blades from stalling.
  2. Add the aromatics. Drop in 1 inch Fresh Ginger and 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley.
  3. Layer the heavy hitters. Add 2 cups Organic Celery and 1/2 English Cucumber.
  4. Top with the apple. Place 1 large Granny Smith Apple slices on top to weigh down the lighter greens.
  5. Add 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt to enhance the mineral profile.
  6. Turn the blender to its lowest setting and increase to high over 10 seconds.
  7. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until the liquid is vibrant green and completely uniform.
  8. If the mixture is too thick, add water 1 tablespoon at a time.
  9. Touch the side of the canister; it should still be cool to the touch.
  10. Pour immediately into a chilled glass and consume within 15 minutes for maximum enzyme activity.
