Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups (150g) frozen mixed berries
  • 0.5 (50g) frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.5 cup (125g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15g) almond butter
  • 1 tsp (5g) chia seeds
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt.
  3. Spoon in the almond butter.
  4. Add the vanilla whey protein powder.
  5. Sprinkle in the chia seeds and vanilla extract.
  6. Layer the frozen banana slices.
  7. Top with the frozen mixed berries.
  8. Pulse five times.
  9. Blend on medium high for 45 seconds.
  10. Increase to high for 15 seconds.
