Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups (150g) frozen mixed berries
- 0.5 (50g) frozen banana, sliced
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 0.5 cup (125g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15g) almond butter
- 1 tsp (5g) chia seeds
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Pour the almond milk.
- Add the Greek yogurt.
- Spoon in the almond butter.
- Add the vanilla whey protein powder.
- Sprinkle in the chia seeds and vanilla extract.
- Layer the frozen banana slices.
- Top with the frozen mixed berries.
- Pulse five times.
- Blend on medium high for 45 seconds.
- Increase to high for 15 seconds.
