Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until the texture is smooth and velvety.
  2. Gradually stir in the rolled oats, pressing the mixture against the sides of the bowl until no dry streaks of oats remain.
  3. Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll between your palms to form a smooth sphere.
  4. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up the structure.
