Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup (170g) honey
- 1 cup (90g) rolled oats
- 2 tbsp (15g) chia seeds
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the rolled oats and chia seeds.
- Add the peanut butter and honey to the dry ingredients. Fold with a spatula until the dough becomes thick, tacky, and no dry streaks remain.
- Let the dough sit for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell and stabilize the mixture.
- Using a cookie scoop, portion the dough and roll between palms into 1-inch spheres.
