  6. Listen for the motor to steady out, indicating the large chunks are gone.
  7. Look for a deep X or vortex forming in the center of the liquid.
  8. Blend on high for exactly 30 seconds to ensure the strawberry seeds are fully shattered.
  9. The jar should feel cold to the touch, and the mixture should be thick enough to hold a slight peak.
