Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp aquafaba
- 0.5 tsp cream of tartar
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp light corn syrup
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Place the aquafaba and cream of tartar in a clean glass bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.
- Using a whisk attachment, beat the mixture on medium-high speed for 2 to 3 minutes until it becomes a frothy, opaque foam.
- Turn the mixer to low speed and gradually add the sifted powdered sugar one cup at a time until incorporated.
- Add the pure vanilla extract and light corn syrup.
- Increase the mixer speed to high and whip for a full 5 minutes until the icing is thick, glossy, and holds its shape.
