Former engineers, we cast off in 2009 for a 6-year voyage by boat. Synonymous with freedom, this mode of transport encourages us to live and consume differently.

To live independently on board, you need to know how to sail… but also how to adapt to new cultures and ways of eating that are closer to nature.

We often use local and seasonal produce, and flexitarian, vegetarian and vegan dishes have quickly found their way onto our menus.

Since our return to land, we haven’t lost sight of these more natural and environmentally-friendly ways of eating.
