Variations around fondue without cheese

To make a fondue without cheese, it’s very simple to do: you prepare a vegetable broth of your choice and use a vegan cheese.

As an accompaniment, take the same vegetables as for a vegan fondue but also tofu. We also dip the accompaniment in sauces for Chinese fondue: sesame sauce by mixing sesame seeds, neutral oil, sugar, coriander and hot water or peanut sauce by replacing sesame with peanuts.
