Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana (120g)
- 1 cup (240ml) almond milk
- 2 tbsp (32g) peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (20g) rolled oats
- 1 tsp (5ml) honey
Instructions:
- Pour the almond milk into the blender first to ensure the blades move freely and prevent peanut butter from sticking.
- Add the frozen banana chunks, peanut butter, and rolled oats. Drizzle the honey directly onto the banana.
- Start the blender on low and quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is smooth and a uniform pale gold color.
