Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana (120g)
  • 1 cup (240ml) almond milk
  • 2 tbsp (32g) peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup (20g) rolled oats
  • 1 tsp (5ml) honey

Instructions:

  1. Pour the almond milk into the blender first to ensure the blades move freely and prevent peanut butter from sticking.
  2. Add the frozen banana chunks, peanut butter, and rolled oats. Drizzle the honey directly onto the banana.
  3. Start the blender on low and quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is smooth and a uniform pale gold color.
