Cook your pasta. In a saucepan, boil 3 min 300 g spinach if fresh or frozen, if canned drain it and put it in an oiled pan.
Once cooked, mix them with 10 cl of cream (dairy or vegetable of your choice), 150 g of dry goat cheese (in a log). Leave for 3 minutes then add the preparation to the cooked pasta and mix.

Here’s an easy vegetarian student recipe using what’s left in the cupboards. No cooking is required, it’s very simple!

- 80 g cooked canned lentils
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of beets
Drain the lentils, corn and beets. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Mix the ingredients and season with salt, pepper and a little vinegar. It’s ready !

Another vegetarian student recipe to make without an oven for a stunning result. Use either regular potatoes (cheapest ones will do) or sweet potatoes (often more expensive).

For two people :
- 300 g steamed potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- salt , pepper
- a little grated gruyere (or vegetable cheese if you prefer)
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- a little water
- breadcrumbs
- oil for frying
Preparation of the vegetarian potato croquettes recipe
Peel the potatoes and cook them for 20 minutes in boiling water. Once cooked, mash them with a fork, add the finely chopped onion and sauté for 3 minutes in the pan, salt, pepper, egg and grated cheese.
Make meatballs with this preparation. Mix flour and a little water in a bowl. Put the breadcrumbs in a deep plate.
Dip the meatballs in flour+water then roll in breadcrumbs. Place in hot frying oil or air fryer. They are cooked when they have a nice golden color and are crispy as desired.
Then take them out of the frying and drain them on absorbent paper. Eat the vegetarian potato croquettes hot.
Desserts without oven and cheap
Seasonal fruit salads are a way to eat healthily: by eating seasonal fruits, you pay less for them and they taste better, think about it!
Rice pudding is also an inexpensive dessert option to make without an oven.
We put 100 g of round rice in a liter of boiling milk that we have sweetened (4 tablespoons) and vanilla (a few drops of liquid vanilla). It cooks in about 25 minutes, taste it to check.
