Meet Isabella Conti

I'm Isabella, and my kitchen is the heart of my home. Growing up in a loud, food-obsessed Italian-American family, I learned early on that love is best served on a plate. But when I transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle for health reasons a few years ago, I faced a crisis: How could I give up my Nonna's lasagna or Sunday gravy? The answer was simple—I wouldn't. I'd just reinvent them.
