Meet Julian Hayes

I'm Julian, and I eat for performance. As someone who spends half my life in the gym and the other half working a demanding schedule, I don't have time for complicated recipes or low-energy afternoons. I went plant-based to improve my recovery times, but I stayed for the energy levels.
